About
This blog is a project of the master’s program at the University of Gastronomic Sciences. Both as a tool to develop writing skills and a portrait of student life–from classroom to farm to internships–we hope you enjoy the content and welcome your feedback through comments on blogposts.
The University of Gastronomic Sciences was founded in 2004 by the international non-profit Slow Food, in collaboration with the Italian regions of Piedmont and Emilia-Romagna. A private, state-recognized institution, it is the first university of its kind, giving academic credibility to the field of food studies and creating a new definition of gastronomy.
