Applications are now being accepted online for the one-year master in Italian Gastronomy and Tourism, with the program set to commence on November 17, 2010.

Advanced admissions will be made for the first time with this edition of the master, for those candidates wishing to meet an earlier application deadline. A first selection of 15 candidates will be made and announced online on July 9, 2010, for prospective students applying by June 25. A second selection of 10 candidates will be made and announced Septemer 17, for those students applying before the second and final deadline of August 31.

Applications for the 2011-12 master in Food Culture and Communcations, commencing in March 2011, will open online in mid-June 2010. Check the website for details about advanced and regular admission deadlines and acceptance dates.
